David Walters' career includes brokering 500 yachts and personally designing and building 130 yachts. He also has experience representing US, European and Asian yacht builders and co-ordinating sail and motor yacht new builds. Most recently the new build projects David co-ordinated were a 54' Hylas sailing yacht and a 98' Hargrave motor yacht built in Taiwan. His ten plus years with Alden Yachts make him a valuable resource for current Alden owners or those interested in purchasing an Alden.

Being around boats comes naturally in that part of the country and Scott soon progressed from dinghy to one-design racing where he was successful in local and national regattas. After graduating from Northeastern University in Boston, further interest led to a career in the marine trade where he learned the skills required for the commissioning of both sail and motor yachts. His experience includes a three-year Caribbean sabbatical cruising on his own 38' sailboat, and several years as captain of a 60' custom sailing catamaran. He shares with his clients valuable insight into choosing the right sail or power yacht for their specific needs. Scott's dedication and diligence have earned him many satisfied clients as well as a rewarding career as a yacht brokerage professional over the past 12 years.
