PERSPECTIVE  is a beautiful well cared for Cabo Rico 38, ready to go!  Her current owners have spent years getting her to this point and have decided they like cruising enough to take the next step and move up in size.  The original teak decks were removed, all coring material removed and replaced with 5/8’ H80 Divinicell and epoxy making her stronger than original.  She has a new Beta 43 Hp engine, along with a list of new equipment that rivals any.  New electronics, canvas, Featerstream prop, all winches serviced, Radar, Force-10 3 burner stove, water heater, and refrigeration to name a few.  If you are serious about cruising this little beauty must be seen.

 

Walkthrough

PERSPECTIVE  is a comfortable two cabin layout. Immediately to starboard upon entering through the companionway is the guest cabin. The cabin has a door for privacy, a hanging locker and drawers for storage along with 3 opening ports and an over head hatch for ventilation and natural light.

Immediately to port upon entering is the well-equipped galley. A new Force 10, three burner propane stove with cooktop was installed in 2017. A new Seafrost refrigeration system was installed in 2015. Ample counter space for meal preparation and dual stainless sinks make clean up a breeze. The main salon area has 7 opening ports and a large overhead opening hatch providing lots of ventilation and natural light.

Two large settee’s, one to port and one starboard provide comfortable seating, both have storage drawers under them along with a liquor/wine locker under the starboard settee. A drop leaf table allows easy maneuvering within the salon and seats a crowd for dinner. To port forward of main salon is a hanging locker and a set of cabinets  for additional storage. To starboard is the head with shower and all the way forward is the owner’s cabin, V berth. This cabin has good storage outboard to both port and starboard along with 2 opening ports and one large overhead opening hatch. Great light and ventilation!

PERSPECTIVE is a great cruising vessel for a couple or a couple with the occasional guests. The beautiful teak and holly sole, solid cabinetry  and warm soft goods  make her a comfortable  cruising home. The deck layout is clean with easy access to sail controls and ground tackle. Her deep cockpit with dodger and bimini provide safety and comfor
