Prior to his joining David Walters Yachts, George had a very successful career in Advertising and Marketing where he was responsible for client development and new product design.

PITU is a beautiful Jeanneau 53 with three cabins and has been meticulously cared for. The beautiful owners cabins is forward with centerline queen berth and plenty of storage outboard. Hanging lockers both port and starboard. A pair of fans provide comfort on hot nights.
There are two heads forward. It’s possible to convert one into a standalone shower. The current configuration allows for one head to be used by the owners and the other a day head.
The amazing salon is next with wide open spaces. A large dining table with wraparound leather seating. A large settee is to port with a fold down cocktail table exposing a custom bar with bottle storage. Plenty of storage outboard. Amazing natural light throughout.
The galley is equipped with large double sink, three burner cook top with oven and exhaust hood, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of counter space for preparing meals. A large nav station is to starboard and just aft of the nav station is one of two aft heads. One port and one starboard. Aft of both heads are two identical aft cabins with great storage, good light and comfortable full size berths.
PITU was built for the European market as a 220V boat. A transformer was installed here in the US. Shore power is 220V/60HZ and the transformer allows 110V/60HZ to the 17 outlets, the genrator is set for 220V/60HZ like the A/C units etc.
The vessel was a 4 cabin 4 head layout - converted into an owner's layout. While in France the original owner had the 2 fwd cabins converted to one. The original bulkhead and all of the wood trim is still with the boat and the two berth cushions are still in the plastic. Can be converted back to 4 cabin layout. The fwd cabin now has a custom bed, full size and his and her heads with ample storage.
She shows like new and is in excellent condition.
