The interior of the Mason 53 represents a true Bluewater cruiser. She is big but not with useless wide-open spaces. Handholds abound for safe maneuvering through each cabin. The Mason 53 has two companionways. The main companionway provides access to the aft cabin with, double berth to port and single to starboard. Forward of the single is full head with standalone shower. Abundant storage is available in this cabin. There is a freezer forward of port berth prior to moving forward into galley and salon.
U-shaped full galley is to port, safe and easy to work in with extensive cabinetry and storage. Adjacent to the galley is the forward-facing navigation station, with generous proportions and storage. The main dining table is to port with wrap around settee. Seating for a crowd. The table drops to form a very generous sleeping berth. Adjacent is a settee with entertainment center outboard.
Moving forward with one step down the starboard cabin has upper and lower berths with hanging locker and chest of drawers.
