Randy has a love of boating and the ocean developed during his college years in Santa Barbara, California majoring in Economics and exploring the Channel Islands. His first long distance voyage was delivering the beautiful, teak construction, Sparkman and Stevens designed sloop "Orient" from Los Angeles to Guaymas Mexico for the film "Lucky Lady" starting Gene Hackman, Lisa Minnelli and Burt Reynolds. After a few years working, Randy started a Yacht Brokerage and Dealership in California selling both Power and Sailing Boats, built in the USA and Europe.
Randy has spent many years cruising and racing on the Pacific coast competing in all the Mexican races, two Transpacs and one Victoria to Maui race. He moved his family to South Florida 14 years ago and developed as a Yacht Broker traveling to many of the manufacturers in Italy, France and Holland to view new construction and understand the evolution of Yacht Design in larger Motor and Sailing Yachts. In 40 years as a Licensed Yacht Broker, Randy has always gained a great deal of satisfaction from understanding his client's wants and needs.
Now based in Palm Beach, Randy enjoys the complete process of listening to the Buyers and Sellers as he continues to provide the best possible service now and in their future buying and selling their boats.View Broker (Randy Greenfield)
If you dream of motoring into the sunset, seriously consider the home comfort, efficiency and endurance of "WineR".
She was custom designed by Malcolm Tennant and the builder, Victor Lipscomb. Malcolm Tennant was a pioneer of multihull design, with designs that span cruising and racing yachts, commercial ferries, and passage making power catamarans that cross the world’s oceans. Victor Lipscomb built WineR in North Carolina. Victor’s design is a fast trawler cat equipped to operate continuously off the grid. She has completed the Great Loop, approximately 7000 nm. WineR is the complete, economical and spacious live aboard fast cruiser. This amount of accommodation in a 55 ft. is impossible to find and is comparable to a 70 ft. plus monohull. The main deck is arranged like a 3 bedroom apartment on one level with a galley that feels like home with full sized dishwasher and microwave, large capacity refrigerator/freezer, three burner stove, lots of counter and cabinet space and large pantry. Each cabin enjoys its own private head and is sized for a queen bed. The sky lounge and helm, accessed via an interior staircase, are fully enclosed and air conditioned. Choose dining between the upper level sky lounge with seating for 12 or more, the al fresco aft deck, or the Gourmet galley with seating for six. Enjoy the comforts of home in a large open living room with a sofa and upholstered chair, entertainment center and 60” LED HDTV. A hard bimini covers the entire aft deck providing wonderful shade for a glass of wine and sun downer dinner. The custom engineering of WineR is excellent. Cummins time proven diesels are exceptionally reliable with worldwide service. Evolution Systems in super flex shaft alignment under any sea condition. Cruise at 8 knots with 3 gph fuel consumption or 14 knots with 13 gph, allowing for super long range capability. With throttles wide open, she cruises at 17 knots with 15 gph. “WineR” has up to date redundant electronics by Garmin, large twin AGM house battery bank, twin inverter chargers, Northern lights generator set, 40 gph water maker, two zone air conditioning.
