Indian Ocean, under the name of s/v Centime.
Current owners sailed 5 consecutive days making over 200 miles per day
Generous accommodations for couple and 7 guests. 3 bunk bed cabins, Port cabin can be converted to a double with one additional in above bunk.
Main salon is raised enough to see out and reminds me of an open living space.
Galley is well suited for preparing great meals while underway with plenty of places to brace yourself and storage for enough meals for long passage making.
Queen size berth aft can sleep athwart ship while underway or on centerline when you are safely anchored in a quiet harbor.
Hard dodger with full enclosure, and new B & G instruments with repeaters throughout.
This is a cockpit that will provide safety and comfort in any sea or weather.

Crossed the Atlantic from Cape Town to Ft. Lauderdale in 1999 and acquired in 2000 by the Commodore of the Grosse Pointe Club (Michigan) and renamed s/v Encore II.
Initially refit by Global Marine Services in Ft. Lauderdale - 2000-2002

Tape Drive sails, interior upholstery, exterior canvas and cockpit cushions, added air conditioning, new electronics, water maker, refinished/varnished interior. Cruised the Bahamas while not undergoing refits.
