Over the course of his career, Charlie has held executive positions including Chief Operating Officer at Northrop & Johnson Yachts, Managing Director at Haven Harbour Marina Resorts, and senior leadership roles with The Hinckley Company, West Marine, and Ocean Marine Yacht Center.

Charlie’s professional background spans brokerage, new-build sales, marina and resort operations, and luxury hospitality—giving him a comprehensive understanding of the yachting ecosystem from every angle. He has negotiated complex yacht transactions, multimillion-dollar partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives for some of the most respected brands in the industry.
