David Walters Yachts, 39 years in the business and a leading brokerage firm in the industry, is seeking a full-time, experienced Yacht Broker to join our team of top-tier professionals. This individual will fill the lead brokers desk in the Fort Lauderdale office and provide the sales leads, marketing, and administrative support deserving for such a vital role.


David Walters Yachts delivers the tools and resources necessary to enhance the success of our Yacht Brokers. Our team enjoys the support of full-time administrative staff, a marketing manager, dedicated information technology and web development team, and a highly experienced in-house closing agent. Additionally, Yacht Brokers receive the best tools and resources necessary to be efficient and effective.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years’ experience with a proven track record of success, a high-energy and team-minded attitude, a strong work ethic, and excellent communication skills. Product knowledge and an understanding of the yacht sales cycle is essential.
