Additional InformationOwnership History of this Boat: This catamaran is in good, well-maintained condition. It was used for skipper charters under a German owner in the Balearics, always kept in excellent condition. Recently, a private individual purchased it and used it for less than a year for personal use; however, his life circumstances have changed, and he now needs to sell the boat. The boat was provided with new antifouling every year. The engines were serviced and checked annually. In January 2025, both engines were removed from the vessel and underwent extensive overhauls. Latest update from B&G for the onboard control system with all functions. All filters, seals and impellers were exchanged and replaced. In 2023, the replacement of the plotter at the helm, the 2024 replacement of another plotter in the deckhouse, and the replacement of the anchor windlass, as well as the WC motor (portside) and the waste water pipes. Invoices are provided to the current owner.
