A comprehensive electrical upgrade, recently completed by Palm Beach Motor Yachts' engineers, allows the boat to operate with minimal generator use both underway and at anchor. The inverter-driven air conditioning system enables quiet, comfortable overnight air conditioning without running the generator, creating a more peaceful experience at anchor or on a mooring. An automatic generator start function manages battery recharging as needed, then shuts back down, providing seamless, hands-off power management.

Underway, dual high-output alternators with advanced charging regulators that automatically adjust output for efficiency and battery protection deliver substantial charging capacity from the main engines, allowing air conditioning and most onboard systems to run on inverter power while cruising. This dramatically reduces generator hours and overall system wear, while keeping the yacht cool, quiet and more enjoyable to use.

Powered by twin Volvo IPS 950s with joystick control and dynamic positioning, the GT60 offers smooth handling, exhilarating performance, and impressive efficiency. The enclosed express layout features an expansive single-piece glass windshield, electric sunroof, and excellent indoor-outdoor flow for entertaining. Below, two private staterooms with en suite heads provide comfortable accommodations for owners and guests.

The sleek curves captivate you at first glance, and her unparalleled performance alongside the boat’s impeccable fit and finish is guaranteed to leave a lasting impression. The layout of the yacht is designed around maximizing entertaining spaces flowing directly from the large teak swim platform, through the transom access to the full beam cockpit and salon. Featuring a centrally located wet bar, with plenty of comfortable seating and large electric windows side and aft, you and your guests will love cruising on the GT60.

The salon’s cleverly concealed large recessed sunroof adds to the fun of being on the water, allowing terrific airflow throughout the vessel, while the enormous single piece curved glass windscreen provides exceptional visibility and further opens up the main space. Forward of the salon is the new walk-around carbon fiber helm station that continues the hand-sewn diamond-stitched quilted seating, and has been ergonomically designed to put every control within reach, exactly where you need it.

The GT60 is constructed with high-tech vacuum infusion in the hull, deck and cabin to deliver the most durable and light-weight build, so you can cruise faster, further and for longer. Her signature warped semi-displacement hull design uses a fine entry at the bow to slice through the water, with the hull designed to remain in the water rather than exerting unnecessary energy to get above it on plane, resulting in a highly efficient and silky-smooth ride. The deck and superstructure are carbon fiber to maintain a low center of gravity and further reduce weight, while the entire vessel is infused with the highest quality vinylester resin to ensure she will endure the elements with confidence for generations.

Power is delivered by twin Volvo Penta IPS drives. To further enhance performance through weight distribution, the GT60’s full-beam baffled fuel tank and engine blocks are centrally mounted so the yacht is perfectly balanced. With the press of a button, the electrically actuated tender garage opens at the transom, revealing the 10′ alloy RIB tender that’s concealed beneath the cockpit. The tender is stowed on our custom launch rails, with the 20hp outboard in place for swift and easy deployment. The foredeck features a large comfortable sun pad, accessed safely and easily via the walk-around side-decks with polished stainless grab rails. The accommodations include a spacious lower galley and master stateroom amidships, and a forward VIP stateroom. Both accommodations have ample storage and include their own private full en suite heads.
