Cummins shall (at no cost to the Buyer) provide a five (5) year limited engine warranty on engines only and excluding POD drives, through the Encompass Cummins Warranty Program, comprising two (2) years standard coverage and an additional three (3) years of extended coverage. The warranty start date is 10 March 2025 and shall end on 10 March 2030.  Any period of this warranty that has passed can be transferred to the next owner of the Yacht, however this shall not extend further this warranty, which shall, for the avoidance of any doubt, end by 10 March 2030;

The annual service of the engines, pods, and genset shall be carried out in 2026 only, on board the Yacht by the Cummins local service network (at no cost to the Buyer), either in Spain or the United Kingdom, depending on the location of the Yacht at that time; and

The Prestige parts and labour warranty shall be extended to match the Cummins engine coverage, comprising three (3) years of standard warranty and two (2) additional years of extended coverage (at no cost to the Buyer). This warranty extension shall be transferable to the next owner.
