Launched in 2007, Princess Areen has been privately owned and meticulously maintained throughout her life. Having assisted in her acquisition in 2021, we are now proud to bring her back to the market, freshly repainted in 2025 and with some other interior and engineering upgrades. 

It has a light satin elm interior with parquet floor, leather sofas and a 5th daily bathroom, plus 4 guests cabins, all with private bathrooms. The exterior decks, all in teak, offer different alfresco spaces with a remarkable flybridge area including a barbacue, a bar, a minibar, and the sink.

Currently in the shipyard, Princess Areen is open to visits, so inquiries are welcome!

On the main deck, you will find a spacious living room with leather sofa, a TV/bar corner with a 43’’ Samsung Smart TV, Sky decoder HD, a Bose sound system, and D-Link Wi-Fi repeater; a dining area with table for 8 people, and a daily toilette. 

The kitchen, separated from the living room and with a double entrance, is fully equipped with Miele appliances (electric oven, fridge & freezer, ceramic hob x 6, dishwasher and washing & dryer machine).

Last, the helm station offers an integrated chart table and an adjacent crew dinette. The forward crew cabins have a private entrance and en-suite facilities.

Entering the lower deck, you may find the sleeping area with four guest cabins, all with private bathrooms and LCD TVs and CD/MP3 players:

1. A spacious amidships full beam master double cabin, 
2. A forward VIP double cabin,
3. A triple guest cabin with French bed and a 3rd fold-away bed,
4. and a twin guest cabin.

Upgrades over the years:

• 2025: 
  • FULL REPAINT: superstructure and hull as per images.  
  • WATER MAKER: The water purification system underwent a general maintenance check and the membrane filter was replaced.
  • A/C: added 1 new water pump to the A/C System.
  • ENGINES: maintenance of the engines on the port and starboard sides of the ship oil change, filter change.
  • GENERATOR: general maintenance performed, belt, freshwater pump, and elbow were replaced in the flag assembly.
  • ELECTRONICS: SB display Repair and its main processor (Mpu29 ) plus the analog and binary input boards (AIB1 & BIB1).
• 2019/2020: 
  • New TV Sat system and decoders, electronic equipment replacement with Simrad model, new tender & outboard engine, Epirb & emergency equipment renewal, windlass overhauling and chain replacement, fresh water pumps/beilge pumps/wx pumps overhauling. 
  • ENGINES: heat exchangers, seawater pumps, starters & alternators, seacocks, exhausts overhauling and new exhaust pipes – generators overhauling (exhausts, injectors, seawater & fresh water pumps and bearings).
• 2017/2018: bushes replacement and propellers balancing;
• 2016/2017: hull full stripping, main deck furniture’s 3M white wrapping e new parquet floor.

NOTE: there is a minor work to be done to the portside main engine. A quote and detailed description of MTU can be provided.
