Who is she?

Beneteau launched the Monte Carlo range in 2011 and the 47 Fly was the definitive expression of that project — a flybridge cruiser built around Volvo Penta's pod drive system, designed from the outset for performance, volume, and Mediterranean use.

The hull

Twin Volvo Penta D6-450 pod drives with joystick control deliver 900hp in total, pushing her to 30 knots when required with a comfortable cruising pace in the mid-20s. Pod drive efficiency and joystick docking make her straightforward to handle single-handed in marina environments.

On deck

The aft cockpit is designed for entertaining — deep U-shaped seating, a teak table, and a hardtop overhead. The swim platform is roomy, and the stern garage with hydraulic door takes a RIB and outboard. Forward sun deck provides a second lounging area well clear of cockpit noise.

The flybridge

Two helm chairs, full instrumentation, and a wrap-around seating area that converts to a sunbed. Proper elevated helm position with unobstructed 360-degree views. Glass hatch with pneumatic lifter connects the bridge to the main deck.

Three cabins, six berths. The full-beam master amidships offers unusual volume for a 47-footer, with ensuite. Forward is a double and a twin sharing a second head, which doubles as the day head. Salon has an interior helm station to port, dining table, and a motorised TV lift. Galley is practical and well-proportioned.
