    INTRODUCTION:

Step aboard this beautifully appointed Grand Banks 46 Eastbay SX and you’ll immediately notice she’s designed for effortless cruising and refined comfort. Her sought-after galley-down layout creates a spacious, open salon above, while below you’ll find two elegant staterooms—each with its own private en suite head and separate stall shower—offering both privacy and convenience for you and your guests.

She’s been thoughtfully upgraded for modern boating, including an AB 11' aluminum RIB/30hp Yamaha combo  paired with a Freedom lift for easy launching, plus a generously sized utility room complete with an extra refrigeration capacity. Entertaining is a breeze thanks to a custom cockpit bimini and reliable Raymarine electronics guiding every journey. Throughout the yacht, the rich teak and holly varnished sole adds a timeless, luxurious feel underfoot.

The salon is a standout space—bright, inviting, and cleverly designed. A dagger opening aft window opens to create a seamless pass-through to the cockpit, perfect for social gatherings. Curved aft windows on both sides adjacent to lush seating includes a large U-shaped settee with a versatile table to port and a straight settee to starboard, all with abundant hidden storage. A beautifully crafted teak cabinet conceals a Samsung flatscreen TV that rises smoothly at the touch of a button. At the helm, a premium STIDD helmchair sits to starboard, complemented by a double companion seat and chart locker opposite. Custom blinds add a polished finishing touch throughout.

A few steps down, the U-shaped galley is both stylish and functional, featuring granite countertops with splashguards, an LP range, refrigerator drawers, a top-loading freezer, and a large stainless steel sink with a pull-out spray faucet. Storage is plentiful, with well-designed drawers and overhead lockers.

One of her most impressive features is the expansive utility room, cleverly tucked beneath the companionway stairs. Here you’ll find additional refrigeration, and ample storage—ideal for extended cruising.

Forward, the master stateroom offers a serene retreat with an island queen centerline berth, cedar-lined hanging lockers, and abundant storage. The private en suite head includes a separate stall shower for added comfort. To starboard, the guest stateroom features twin side-by-side berths with individual reading lights, a cedar-lined hanging locker, and built-in drawer storage. The guest head, also with a stall shower, conveniently doubles as a day head with access from the companionway.

Every detail of this Eastbay SX has been carefully considered to deliver a seamless blend of luxury, functionality, and timeless style—perfect for the discerning cruising couple ready to explore in comfort.
