Paragon 92 Cockpit Motor Yacht (2015)
This four-stateroom, 92-foot Cockpit Motor Yacht is a masterclass in thoughtful design, drawing on influences from three distinct maritime traditions: the rugged practicality of the Pacific Northwest, the sun-soaked style of Southern California's Cal Deck heritage, and the effortless elegance of Florida and the Bahamas. Walk her decks from bow to stern and the quality shows in every detail — premium equipment and hardware throughout, paired with a layout and spatial flow that feels genuinely intuitive rather than merely functional.
Remarkably, this yacht has led a pampered life. She logged just 250 hours in her first six years of ownership, with the bulk of that light use confined to short Pacific Northwest summers. By 2021, following the pandemic lull, she remained in essentially like-new condition — some appliances aboard had never even been used.
Cockpit & Aft Deck
Built for family cruising, the 92 delivers a spacious cockpit with the purposeful feel of a true battlewagon sportfisherman, complete with mezzanine seating for relaxing or keeping watch over the lines. A transom door provides easy access to the swim platform below. Up from the cockpit, a large aft deck opens for entertaining, flowing seamlessly into the cockpit space through its own mezzanine seating. Few yachts on the water match her entertaining potential: aft deck seating includes a forward-facing bench at the aft deck table, complemented by occasional teak chairs positioned to look back over the cockpit.
Salon
The salon is entered from the cockpit through a sliding door into a generous gathering space anchored by a walk-behind bar to starboard and a comfortable sofa built for relaxing with family or entertaining friends, the way one would at home. The joinery throughout is finished in a light-toned wood, lending the space an airy, contemporary elegance that makes the salon feel larger than its footprint.
Galley
Forward of the salon, the galley is outfitted with home-style appliances, including large Sub-Zero refrigerators and refrigerator drawers sized for extended cruising, thoughtfully placed along the aft side for easy access by the yacht's chef. A large U-shaped counter anchors the forward galley, with a commercial-style gas cooktop to port — a rare find aboard a yacht — and a full-size oven below. A double stainless sink sits on the forward counter, ideal for food prep and casual conversation, while a forward-facing settee completes a country-kitchen atmosphere bathed in light from windows wrapping the galley and pilothouse beyond. A standout feature: a recessed pocket wall can be raised or lowered to close off the galley from the settee and pilothouse, preserving privacy and reducing ambient light for the captain during night navigation.
Pilothouse
Set all the way forward on the main deck, the pilothouse houses a full array of electronics and communications equipment, with two companion custom Stidd helm chairs positioned for a clear view of the instrumentation.
Accommodations
The full-beam master suite is accessed via its own private staircase, positioned amidship at the yacht's widest point — exactly where a master stateroom belongs. It features a king berth, ample drawer storage, and walk-in closet space, along with an ensuite head boasting a separate shower stall and private water closet.
The additional three guest staterooms are reached via a separate staircase forward on the starboard main deck. The forward VIP suite offers a walk-around queen berth set at an angle for easy entry and exit while opening up the stateroom's overall footprint, along with its own ensuite head. The 3rd stateroom has a queen berth with it ensuite head and the 4th Stateroom offers a upper and lower for flow over guests and children and grandchildren.
Investment Value
With replacement cost for a custom build of this caliber easily exceeding $10 million, this represents a rare opportunity to acquire a turnkey, world-class yacht at a fraction of new-build value.
