This Pilothouse Motor Yacht offers a timeless exterior design with a smartly executed interior that offers an open salon/pilothouse design which allows the helmsperson to see from the pilothouse helm through the salon to the aft deck. The AY52 offers an exceptional deck plan, with bright, open spaces, using a beautiful combination of cherry wood, light soft good and furnishings to create a modern, contemporary interior without losing the heritage of the classic handcrafted motor yachts built in the orient.

The owner's midships suite is another testament to the builder considering how to use every inch of the yachts 52' footprint...... The suites athwartships design takes advantage of all available space, creating a comfortable suite with an island bed with storage drawers built into the cherrywood bedframe, a beautiful, padded headboard and custom bedding, Bed nightstands, hanging locker and an ensuite head with a large stall shower.  The suite also is very bright and offers good airflow this was achieved by installing large, fixed hull glass panels and an opening stainless-steel portlight.

Access to both the lazarette and engine room is via a large deck hatch built into the aft deck. The lazarette offers excellent storage and houses or provides access to key features such has the Lewmar stern thruster, SeaStar hydraulic steering system and the main DC battery switches.  From the lazarette you transit a door leading into the spacious engine room.  The engine room is designed to offer excellent access to service the main engines, generator and equipment housed in the compartment.
