"Mr Chips" is one of the nicest 80 Hatteras's on the market for the year, she offers an slightly elegant contemporary with a satin wood finish in lieu of high gloss. She has a custom hardtop that was built in 2015 as well as a custom jacuzzi put on a few years ago.

The Hatteras 80 Motor Yacht features a sumptuous interior design in an all-inclusive package, an open flybridge with a lower helm . The exquisite wood cabinetry which is finished in an eloquent satin finish, double bullnose moldings, arched doors, marble/granite countertops, custom furnishings and much more are all standard. Sleek exterior styling and a generous 21'3" beam contribute to the expansive feel of this yacht.
The 80MY incorporates Hatteras' popular convex hull design and a solid fiberglass hull bottom for strength and durability. Seven-blade propellers and deep gear ratios contribute to the renowned Hatteras ride. Fuel tanks are constructed of fiberglass with durable non-corrosive bronze fittings.
Curved sliding doors, framed in polished stainless steel, give way to a vast salon that benefits greatly from the 80's massive 21'3" beam. A wet bar resides just inside the salon door and is accompanied by a full entertainment center with standard plasma TV. Custom furnishings include sectional sofa with storage, club chairs, dining table and chairs, china cabinet and more, all complemented perfectly by genuine laminates in a satin finish.
In the galley, all countertops and backsplashes are granite for easy cleanup. Appliances include a dishwasher, trash compactor, Sub-zero upright refrigerator, microwave, full-size oven and four-burner ceramic cooktop.
At the lower helm sports car-style bridge design gives excellent visibility through two oversized windshield panels. Leather pedestal helm seats and two elevated settees allow everyone on board to view the scenery from plush comfort, while a sliding pocket door allows separation between the pilothouse and dining area. Pantograph doors offer access to both side decks; a day head sits to starboard in the forward portion of the salon.

Entering the aft Deck from the swim step you walk onto a large aft deck area with a bench settee and a large teak table with occasional chairs facing the water aft.
The Salon is full beam and entering from the aft deck through two stainless steel curved sliding glass doors. The salon offers a feel of an eloquent contemporary feel with a satin wood finish and semi modern sofa and chairs.
The Forming dining area for 8 is in the forward portion of the salon just aft of the galley for plating and food service.

Master StateroomThe crown jewel of the 80 Motor Yacht is the full-beam master stateroom that benefits from the yacht's significant beam and six oversized portlights port and starboard to make an even more open feel. The combination of spaciousness, natural light and water-level view will stun all who step through its sketch-face door.
The master features a king-size berth with custom headboard, bowed-front nightstands, a double-sided dresser and arched doors. A plasma TV with CD/DVD provides entertainment options. Aft of the berth lies the master head, which features granite or marble flooring, countertops and shower.
Family and friends receive VIP treatment in the primary guest stateroom to port. A que en-sized berth is fitted with coil-spring mattress and plush linen treatments, with storage accessed via pneumatic rams below. Multiple drawers and cabinets along the hull side and bulkhead offer plenty of stowage. The Ensuite head features marble flooring and countertops, as well as a soaking tub with sliding door.
Second VIP and 4th StateroomThe Second VIP is all the way forward in the hull with a walk around queen berth and ensuite head which is enlarged over standard. She offer two cedar lined closets port and staboard both with arched doors and automatic light.
The fourth stateroom is to starboard with criss cross over and under berths with ample storage below and an ensuite head.
MechanicalTwin Caterpillar C32 Acert 1800 HP, She has 4300 hours which most of those hours have been put on since 2015 when she had 620 hours and very lightly used.

She carries a total of 2,858 gallons, or 10,818 liters in (5) drop-in polyester resin
fiberglass tanks. These tanks are as follows:
• A1 aft starboard fuel tank - 225 gallons/851.72 liters
• A2 lazarette fuel tank - 250 gallons/946.35 liters
• A3 aft port fuel tank - 225 gallons/851.72 liters
• A4 aft center fuel tank - 910 gallons/3,444.73 liters
• A5 forward keel fuel tank - 1,248 gallons/4,724 liters
All five tanks vent to the hull sides. Each tank is filled individually on deck. The tank
level is monitored in the fuel tanks via the tank page in the Hatteras ship's monitoring
system.
POTABLE WATER
She carries a total of 326 gallons, of 1,234.04 liters, of potable water in (2) fiberglass
drop-in tanks. These tanks are as
• B1 mid port water tank - 163 gallons/617.02 liters
• B2 mid starboard water tank - 163 gallons/617.02 liters
Each tank vents to the hull side and is filled individually on deck. Tank level is
monitored in the potable tanks from the tank page on the Hatteras ship's monitoring
system.
BLACK WATER
She has a single drop-in fiberglass tank. This tank is labeled as C1 and is the
holding tank with a capacity of 388 gallons/1,468.74 liters.
GRAY WATER
She has a pair of drop-in fiberglass tanks with a total capacity of 255 gallons, or 953.92
liters. These tanks are as follows:
• D1 port gray water holding tank - 126 gallons/476.96 liters
• D2 starboard gray water holding tank - 126 gallons/476.96 liters

Aft from the galley is an open doorway to the salon. To port of this companionway are
AC and DC sub panels each with magnetic circuit breakers. Entertainment is provided
to the galley area via a Sharp Aquos 20" LED flat screen TV and a Xantech
multifunction audio video controller. To starboard of the galley is a finished wood
curved stairway up to the flybridge.
Deck and EquipmentThe foredeck offers a bow storage locker for miscellaneous and custom storage for the Marquipt Tide ride ladder. With a potable water wash down ib quick connect.
The stainless steel rails are done in a hoop style design, with polished cleats and stainless steel chafe bars.
The Anchor on the fordeck is a stainless steel 110-lb Delta Type anchor. With a 4500 Lb Maxwell hydraulic anchor with 300 feet of chain.
Port and starboard aft are two 2200lb Maxwell capatan with 24 DC power.
The teak overlay decks of the swim platform are protected by stainless steel hoop style removable handrails. There are stainless steel popup cleats provided on the swim platform corners. Centerline on the transom is a quick acting dogged and gasketed hinged lockable door on gas assist to the lazarette, aft accommodations, and engineroom. On the transom companionway is a potable water washdown quick connect fitting. At the starboard transom walkway is the oil change quick connect fitting. Inside the port transom companionway is a small locker housing a shower.
