From 2013 through 2020, Next Chapter was kept exclusively in the freshwater of the Great Lakes and stored indoors for approximately six months each year. In December of 2024, she was shipped back up to the Great Lakes, where she has been cruising during the summer season since. With limited environmental exposure and a stringent maintenance program, she shows far newer than her age.
