2012 Ferretti 800 - Refit 2026
The Ferretti 800 is one of the most intelligently built yachts Ferretti ever produced, and this particular 2012 Ferretti 800 has just come out of a refit that puts the heavy expenditure behind her rather than ahead of the next owner.
The model itself was engineered around a single idea. V-drive transmissions push the MTU V12s hard aft, the galley and crew quarters sit right forward, and everything between becomes guest space — a main deck and lower deck with volumes that do not belong on a 24-metre hull, and full separation of crew and owner circulation. Zuccon lines, a raised pilothouse, 1,948 hp per side and a genuine 27-knot cruise.
The 2026 refit was not cosmetic. Three brand-new generators: two Onan 19.5 kVA plus a third Fischer Panda 15 kVA added for redundancy. The entire teak deck replaced. New air conditioning unit, new seawater pump, new chilled-water circulation pump, all fan coils stripped and sanitised. New engine controls, new GPS and radar, Gi8 monitoring overhauled. Main engines serviced with cooling pipework renewed, gearboxes serviced with coolers cleaned, every 24V pump on board overhauled, new 220V fresh water pump and expansion tank.
Inside, every appliance in the galley and laundry is new — refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, ice maker, down to the small appliances. New mattresses in every cabin, new linens, new carpeting throughout, new light fittings, new salon table. Outside, every cushion and sofa re-upholstered, new aft deck table and chairs. The toy locker was restocked from scratch: two Seabobs, two paddleboards, electric sea scooter, water skis, kneeboard, new masks and more.
Why choose this 2012 Ferretti 800 ?
- 2026 Refit - 3 New Generators, brand-new teak, interior and exterior refit.
- Zero-motion comfort at anchor. Twin Mitsubishi ARG gyroscopic stabilisers.
- Genuine four-cabin, four-head accommodation. Plus two separate crew cabins with independent access.
- Serious performance. Twin MTU 12V 2000 M94 delivering 1,948 hp each.
- A turnkey delivery. New mattresses, new linens, new upholstery, new appliances, new toys.
There is a particular kind of freedom that belongs only to a yacht built for long stays rather than short hops. Four cabins that fill with morning light. A flybridge where lunch turns into afternoon and afternoon turns into dinner without anyone moving. A garage door that folds down into a teak beach club, where the Seabobs come out and the water is close enough to step into. Crew who move through their own spaces and appear only when wanted.
She is fast when you want distance and silent when you want to stay. That balance — the ability to cross in the morning and disappear into an anchorage by lunch — is what an owner is really buying here.

Accommodation
She sleeps eight guests in four cabins on the lower deck, and the arrangement rewards a second look, because the forward placement of the crew quarters means the guest accommodation occupies the widest and quietest part of the hull.
The master stateroom sits amidships on the full beam, where the motion is least felt and the hull windows are largest. A queen berth faces a built-in lounge, with a vanity to one side and generous hanging storage, an electronic safe, television and entertainment system, and a private ensuite with a separate shower stall. New mattresses and new bedding were fitted throughout the yacht in 2026.
Forward, the VIP stateroom takes the bow, with a queen berth beneath overhead light, its own electronic safe and entertainment system, and an ensuite head with shower. It is a cabin an owner could happily take as their own on a quieter passage.
Between them lie two further guest cabins. The port cabin carries a queen berth with ensuite head and shower. The starboard cabin is arranged with criss-cross over-and-under berths, ensuite as well, and is the cabin that turns a family cruise into an easy one. Both have their own televisions and audio systems. A wine cooler is set into the companionway floor between them.
The crew live entirely separately, forward and below, in two cabins each with two berths, one ensuite and one with its own private head immediately adjacent. Each has a television and its own displays. They reach the galley, the pilothouse and the side decks without ever crossing guest space, which is precisely the point of the layout and the reason this yacht runs so well with a permanent crew aboard.
On the main deck, the salon is finished in wood flooring with white leather seating to port and starboard, a glass-topped cocktail table, and a dining table for eight in white leather and stainless steel. A Samsung television rises on an electric lift, electric shades control the light on both sides, and a manual sliding glass door opens aft to the shaded cockpit. Forward of the dining area, the raised pilothouse, the galley and a starboard lobby with day head can each be closed off with pocket doors — the yacht can be run in full crewed mode or opened up completely, depending on the day.
