S/Y CHIRI is an elegant Jeanneau 64, a blue-water sailing yacht designed by Philippe Briand in collaboration with the Jeanneau Design Office. The interiors, created by Andrew Winch together with Jeanneau’s design team, offer a perfect balance between generous volumes, discreet luxury, and functional elegance tailored for longdistance cruising. The finish features light wood cabinetry combined with wengé flooring, lending warmth, refinement, and a touch of contemporary style throughout the yacht. Refits and Upgrades

2022 – Installation of Easy Connect interface.

2024 – Replacement of cutless bearings and engine alignment.

2025 – Replacement of alternator; cleaning of heat exchanger and intercooler overhaul; replacement of engine belt tensioner and water pump service; full overhaul of generator (including seawater pump, heat exchanger cleaning, injector and injection pump service).

Ongoing French lease with an outstanding balance of €463,000 as of September 2026 and

maturity in December 2034.

EXTERIOR

The vertical bow gives the yacht a modern and elegant profile, while the maximum beam of 5.40m ensures excellent stability and generous interior volumes.The coachroof is sleek and streamlined, enhanced by large panoramic windows that flood the interior with natural light and offer an exceptional view of the sea.

At the stern, a retractable swim platform provides easy access to the water, facilitates tender handling, and enhances comfort while moored.

The spacious cockpit features twin helm stations, integrated side seating, and a central open area, ideal for relaxing and enjoying life on board in total comfort and safety.

The solid teak deck adds elegance and comfort underfoot, while sunbathing areas are located both forward, on the low coachroof, and aft, turning the yacht into a true terrace over the sea.

The aft area is completed by an outdoor lounge with dining table, wide seating, and a platform flush with the water, creating a refined alfresco living area perfect for social moments at anchor or in port.

INTERIOR

Saloon / Living Area

The main saloon is bright and spacious, finished with premium materials and refined leather details.

To starboard, there is a U-shaped sofa with a telescopic extendable dining table, Sony Smart TV, and Bose Surround sound system. On the opposite side, a linear sofa completes the relaxing atmosphere, illuminated by large hull windows that bring in abundant natural light. The ambience is warm and contemporary, enhanced by indirect lighting and superyacht-level finishes.

Galley

The port-side galley, set slightly below the main deck level, is practical and perfectly arranged for use both in port and underway. Equipment includes a large worktop, double sink, gimballed gas stove and oven, Bosch extractor hood, Vitrifrigo stainless steel fridge/freezer, Whirlpool electric oven, dishwasher and a bi-zone wine cooler for 18 bottles. Its layout allows for safe cooking while under sail, maintaining visual connection with the saloon.

Cabins

Aft master cabin: a full-beam suite featuring a central double bed, wardrobes and nightstands, vanity corner, Sony Smart TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with separate shower.

Two forward double cabins: each with double beds, storage wardrobes, and en-suite bathrooms with separate showers. Midship guest cabin: with twin bunk beds and independent bathroom, also accessible from the galley area and used as a day head.

Crew cabin forward: with separate access and private facilities, ensuring complete privacy between guests and crew.
