FOR SALE | CUSTOM MAXI SAILING CATAMARAN
122 GT | $1M+ RECENT REFIT
COMMERCIAL CLASSIFICATION | 6-STATEROOM LAYOUT | MASSIVE INTERIOR VOLUME
SERIOUS BLUEWATER CAPABILITY
LYFE AT SEA is an exceptionally rare custom maxi sailing catamaran designed by Greg Young Yacht Design and built for an experienced owner seeking the space, comfort, and functionality of a much larger yacht—without sacrificing sailing performance.
With an impressive 122 gross tons of interior volume, expansive exterior entertaining areas, and accommodations for a large family or charter operation, LYFE AT SEA offers a level of space and versatility rarely found in a sailing catamaran of this size.
Originally developed as a private family yacht, her layout translates exceptionally well into commercial or charter use. She offers Six guest cabins, including two VIP staterooms on the main deck and a substantial full-beam-style owner's suite on the lower deck, creating three primary guest cabins of comparable scale. An additional double cabin and separate bunk cabin provide further flexibility for guests, children, staff, or additional crew.
BUILT FOR EXTENDED CRUISING & ENTERTAINING
The main salon is designed around true indoor/outdoor living, featuring a full bar and two separate lounge areas with ample room for guests to relax and entertain.
Aft, the dining area can remain fully enclosed and climate-controlled or transform into an open-air entertaining space through large sliding side doors and an oversized aft opening. This gives the yacht exceptional versatility across changing weather conditions and cruising environments.
The crew and service areas are equally well considered. A large professional galley features all-new appliances, four refrigerators, extensive storage, and a dedicated crew mess, allowing LYFE AT SEA to comfortably support extended cruising or professional charter operations.
OVER $1 MILLION IN RECENT REFIT WORK
Over the past year, LYFE AT SEA has undergone a comprehensive refit exceeding $1,000,000, with extensive mechanical, technical, cosmetic, and operational improvements completed throughout the vessel.
All major services and class inspections are current, and the yacht has recently achieved commercial classification, making her particularly attractive to buyers considering private ownership with future charter potential.
CUSTOM COMPOSITE CONSTRUCTION
LYFE AT SEA was built by Magic Yachts Shipyard, a shipyard associated with construction work for respected names including Wally and Cantieri di Pisa.
Construction began in 2014, with the yacht ultimately commissioned in 2017.
Her advanced construction utilizes an infused composite structure combining fiberglass and carbon fiber, reinforced with Kevlar in the hull, providing exceptional strength while maintaining the weight characteristics required of a high-performance sailing catamaran.
This is not a production catamaran—it is a genuinely custom yacht engineered and built around long-range cruising, large-volume living, and performance.
PERFORMANCE
With approximately 826 square meters of sail area, LYFE AT SEA is capable of reaching speeds of approximately 15 knots under sail.
When operating under power, twin 315 HP Yanmar diesel engines provide reliable propulsion with a top speed of approximately 12 knots.
The combination of sailing capability, redundancy, large tankage potential, enormous onboard volume, and extensive exterior spaces makes her equally well suited for Caribbean cruising, Mediterranean seasons, extended family voyages, or commercial charter operation.
