Living like a second homeStep aboard and the scale is immediately apparent. A wide hydraulic platform becomes a private beach️.  Newer synthetic teak runs through the aft cockpit, flybridge, and foredeck cockpit, giving the decks a clean, finished look that is both elegant and practical. New custom high-end exterior cushions dress the outdoor living areas. The aft cockpit is centered on a luxurious custom table; forward, a dedicated foredeck table and bow sunshade with carbon-fiber rod supports create a second outdoor salon in the breeze. ☀️The cockpit opens directly into a bright, open saloon and galley—one continuous living terrace rather than a series of rooms. Light pours through the panoramic glass. The galley is properly equipped for real cooking: induction cooktop, combination microwave/convection oven, full-size fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, Seagull filtration, and a Quattro inverter/charger to run the induction hob without compromise. Above, the flybridge is a destination in its own right: hardtop bimini, dining table, dedicated galley furniture, fridge, grill, sun lounge, and an aft sunshade. It is a terrace over the sea—for breakfast at anchor, long lunches underway, or sunset with friends. Foredeck cushions, courtesy lighting, grab rails, and a hot-water deck shower complete the outdoor life.This is not a weekender. It is a floating residence that happens to cruise.

⚙️ Performance with poiseThe MY44’s hulls were drawn specifically for Volvo IPS. Twin IPS 600s (435 hp each) give fingertip docking via joysticks at the flybridge and a third controller in the aft cockpit, plus Volvo Dynamic Positioning Hold. Newer pod drives fitted within the last two years add confidence where it matters most. She is stable at speed and at rest, quiet underway, and efficient enough for serious range—on the order of 2,000 nautical miles at economical displacement speeds, with a top end in the mid-20-knot range. Driving her is part of the pleasure: Garmin Smart Cruising with IPS pilot, AIS, twin 12" GPSMAP displays, 4' 4kW open-array radar, Live View sonar, aft camera, autopilot remote, second VHF handset, and a searchlight. Four flush-mount rod holders and integrated tackle boxes hint that she can fish as easily as she can entertain.
Independence and finish"Lady G" is specified to stay off the dock. Spectra Catalina 340Z watermaker, 3 x 365W solar panels ☀️ with three controllers, additional AGM battery, Link Pro battery monitor, Gold-version 3000W/70A charger-inverter plus Quattro, 75-liter water heater, pressurized seawater, and cockpit freshwater outlet. KVH HD7 serves two televisions. Bose audio-video throughout saloon, cockpit, and flybridge, with a 40" saloon TV, eyebrow speakers, and zone amp. Underwater lights, digital TV antenna, and extensive extra 110V/USB outlets complete a yacht that is ready for extended cruising, not just day trips. Gold Version factory equipment is already on board: outdoor comforts, flybridge and cockpit amenities, courtesy lighting, windlass control and chain counter at the fly helm (plus Quick up/down switch), and more.
