    MIDORI is a stately sailing 68-footer Sunreef Supreme 68 model that has brought a big breath of fresh air in the boating world.

    With a total living space of 300 Sqm is one of the most unique yachts for charter in Ibiza and Mallorca.

    A luxurious floating apartment, this Sunreef Supreme 68 opens new horizons for living at sea. Midori’s vast saloon surrounded with full-height windows spans over 65m² of smartly used living surface. Its bow section features a large galley stretching over the room’s entire width. The space under the centrally placed countertop conceals fridges, freezers, a wine cooler and a Hoshizaki cube ice maker. Ample storage spaces and kitchen appliances are discretely covered with black matte panels found over the entire bow area of the main room. The central countertop neighbours a large dining table with seating for eight. A customised Devialet loudspeaker is at hand to set the mood.

    MIDORI is the winner of 2 awards: The 2016 World Yachts Trophies for best Layout and the 2017 Asia Boating Awards for best multi hull sailing yacht.

    • B&G radar replaced and upgraded to a newer HALO radar system (exact model to be confirmed). 
    • All three chartplotters replaced with B&G Zeus³S units: two at the helm/flybridge and one at the saloon navigation station. 
    • B&G Class B AIS module replaced. 
    • B&G VHF module replaced. 
    • B&G navigation/control modules and associated interfaces replaced/upgraded as required. 
    • VHF antenna and coaxial cable through the mast replaced. 
    • Navigation data network upgraded from NMEA 0183 to NMEA 2000 (N2K), including backbone, cabling, connectors and interfaces. 
    • Multi-sensor through-hull transducer replaced. 
    • Dedicated 12 V DC power supply to navigation electronics replaced. 
    • Navigation fuse holders and fuses replaced and associated connections re-terminated. 
    • Previous independent JRC Class A / GMDSS navigation and communications system completely removed. 

     

     

    ANCHOR WINDLASS & GROUND TACKLE 

    • Anchor windlass extensively rebuilt/overhauled, with the majority of serviceable mechanical and electrical components renewed. 
    • Windlass electrical connections re-terminated and main circuit breaker replaced. 
    • Windlass tested and recommissioned. 
    • Anchor removed and re-galvanized; existing anchor chain retained, cleaned and depth markings renewed at 10-metre intervals; all anchor shackles replaced and bitter-end connection renewed. 

     

    SAILS, DECK GEAR & TENDERS 

    • Mainsail removed and sent to sailmaker for cleaning and repairs; mainsail cars/slides serviced and sail bag/stack pack repaired. 
    • Fenders, fender covers and mooring lines renewed/replaced. 
    • Jet skis and Williams tender sent out for annual servicing/maintenance. 

     

    BILGE SYSTEM, STORAGE & FUEL 

    • All four bilge pumps replaced: two midships and two engine-room pumps. Electrical connections cleaned and re-terminated with new protected connectors. 
    • Additional independent high-water bilge alarms and bilge-pump running/status alarm functionality installed/recommissioned. 
    • All deck lockers internally repainted; technical room and bilge compartments cleaned and repainted. 
    • Custom storage platforms/racks installed over curved hull sections in suitable bilge/storage areas while maintaining service access. 
    • Port and starboard diesel day tanks and main bunkering/storage tank cleaned internally; fuel removed, polished/filtered and returned to the cleaned tanks. 

     

    GALLEY / BAR EQUIPMENT & INVENTORY 

    • Existing Hoshizaki ice machine removed and replaced with an Isotherm ice machine. 
    • Bar refrigerator replaced. 
    • Interior inventory reviewed and updated, including selected glassware, crockery, decorative items, bedding/linen, towels, crew uniforms, cookware and galley equipment. 

     

    GARAGE / LAZARETTE CONTROLS 

    • Quick wireless garage/lazarette-door control system replaced, including receiver and remote-control handsets. 

     

    WATERMAKERS 

    • Low-pressure feed pumps replaced on both the HEM and Eco watermakers. 
    • Salinity/product-water quality sensors replaced on both watermakers. 
    • Both watermaker systems tested and recommissioned. 

     

    INTERIOR & EXTERIOR LIGHTING 

    • Approximately 80% of the vessel’s interior lighting replaced. 
    • Saloon lighting substantially renewed. 
    • Galley lighting completely replaced with PWM-dimmable fittings controlled through Sunreef Onboard. 
    • All lighting in the master cabin and master heads replaced. 
    • All lighting in the starboard forward guest cabin replaced. 
    • Associated lighting circuits tested and recommissioned. 

     

    INTERIOR / TEAK / UPHOLSTERY / BLINDS 

    • Interior teak in the main saloon, guest accommodation and stairways sanded, refinished and oiled. 
    • Exterior main-deck teak sanded and cleaned/refinished, with localized caulking repairs. 
    • All exterior glass surfaces professionally prepared and ceramic coated. 
    • Interior upholstered/fabric panels professionally deep-cleaned/steam-cleaned and reinstalled. 
    • Stairway fabric panels renewed in black material; fabric finish on technical-room access doors renewed. 
    • Main saloon carpet replaced. 
    • Additional manual blinds installed at the aft saloon doors and port/starboard saloon windows; repairs carried out to existing automatic blinds in the forward/galley area. 

     

     

     

    AV, AUDIO & VENTILATION 

    • Master-cabin head extractor fans replaced. 
    • All four guest-cabin TVs and saloon TV replaced. 
    • All four guest-cabin TV lift mechanisms and associated controls replaced. 
    • Master-cabin drop-down TV lift/mounting arrangement replaced/modified to accommodate the new TV. 
    • Cabin audio systems upgraded to Sonos. 
    • Main saloon Sonos speakers replaced/upgraded and new Sonos soundbar installed. 
    • All existing onboard speakers replaced. 
    • Exterior audio upgraded from Fusion to Sonos.

    • Engine ECUs and associated EVC control/management electronics replaced on both main engines. 
    • Hull Control Units (HCUs) replaced. 
    • All three Volvo control/display screens replaced. 
    • Engine start/stop push-button controls replaced. 
    • Associated electronic control modules, interfaces and sensors replaced as required. 
    • Serviceable existing wiring/harness circuits retained. 
    • Both engines tested and recommissioned. 

     

    SUNREEF ONBOARD AUTOMATION 

    • Complete Sunreef Onboard vessel automation/control system rebuilt following lightning damage, with serviceable existing wiring retained. 
    • All 20 control and sensor modules replaced, programmed and commissioned. 
    • Sensor limits, tank-level sensing, pump controls, lighting controls and associated settings recalibrated/configured. 
    • New Onboard touchscreen installed. 
    • New motherboard/main control board installed. 
    • Onboard system power supplies replaced. 
    • Complete automation system tested and recommissioned. 

     

    FIRE, SMOKE & GAS DETECTION 

    • Fire/smoke detection system replaced with a new Fireboy system. 
    • Smoke detectors throughout the vessel replaced. 
    • Engine-room fire-suppression monitoring/control equipment renewed and recommissioned. 
    • LPG/propane detector in the galley replaced. 
    • Flammable-vapor/gas detector in the garage replaced. 
    • Associated alarm wiring, controls and interfaces recommissioned. 

     

    HVAC / FRIGOMAR 

    • Existing Frigomar chillers replaced with new inverter-driven chillers. 
    • All 11 air handlers replaced throughout guest cabins, crew cabins and saloon/common areas. 
    • All air-distribution ducting associated with the replacement air handlers renewed. 
    • All AC thermostats/temperature controls replaced and integrated with the individual air handlers. 
    • Raw-water inlet and outlet manifolds renewed using new copper pipework and insulation. 
    • Raw-water manifold upgrade carried out to address leaks and improve system reliability. 
    • Dedicated circulation/flushing connections added to the raw-water side for periodic flushing and cleaning.

    • Victron Lynx distribution system replaced/upgraded, including battery-side and load-side distribution. 
    • New Victron Battery Management System (BMS) installed. 
    • New Victron Cerbo GX and GX Touch display installed.

    • Additional current monitoring / CTs installed.
