Broker’s Comments:
ARTEMIS is in exceptional condition following a significant recent refit period under her current ownership, during which no expense has been spared in upgrading and maintaining the yacht to the highest standards.
Her engines have been zero-hour overhauled and have subsequently cruised for only 150 hours. The interior is immaculate, having recently been redesigned by renowned designer Adam Voorhees. ARTEMIS presents a fantastic opportunity for a buyer to acquire a turnkey yacht that is ready for immediate use, whether privately or commercially, with substantial recent investment already completed.
WALKTHROUGH:
ARTEMIS can be accessed from either her port or starboard boarding ladders, or via the aft passerelle, which leads onto the spacious aft deck. Here, you have a built-in sofa, teak tables and additional seating, with stairs leading directly to the bridge deck aft.
Entering the main salon through the automatic sliding doors, you are welcomed into an elegant and comfortable interior. A dining table for six sits aft, while further forward, the lounge features an L-shaped sofa, two armchairs and a coffee table, an ideal space for relaxing or entertaining.
To starboard, a private staircase leads to the full-beam aft VIP suite. Forward to port, the fully equipped galley and stewardess pantry provide access to the crew areas, while the corridor to starboard leads to the two twin/queen cabins, day head and, further forward, the spacious on-deck master suite with king berth and ensuite.
Up on the bridge deck, the large wheelhouse is complemented by a dedicated stewardess pantry and bar with two comfortable stools. This leads through to the covered outdoor dining area for eight, with the expansive aft deck offering generous seating and dining, as well as drop curtains and sun awnings for added comfort.
Stairs on either side lead to the mezzanine viewing area and up to the impressive sundeck, where large sun pads sit beneath a sail awning. The wide walkaround decks are easy to navigate thanks to ARTEMIS’s substantial 23' 5" beam.
Back on the aft deck, the opening transom provides direct access to the water. The garage stores the tender and water toys and, when opened, creates a large swim platform that’s perfect for enjoying the water and accessing the toys and tender.
