DESCRIPTION

Berret-Racoupeau drew the Oceanis 58 hull and Nauta Design did the interior. She is 18.24 m long with a 4.98 m beam, and the twin helms and in-mast furling main keep sail handling simple for a yacht of this size.

Below deck she has three cabins and three heads in the owner's layout. The forward owner's cabin has an island double bed, and the aft guest cabin has two single berths. In the saloon, cream leather seating runs around the dining table, a large flat-screen TV faces it, and overhead hatches let in daylight. The galley has a deep sink and a microwave.

The deck is teak from the cockpit to the bow. In the cockpit a teak table sits between two long settees with grey cushions, under a bimini with side curtains. Forward of the mast there is a large cushioned sunbed. The transom folds down into a swim platform and has LED lighting for evenings in the marina.

DEMIXA has been owner-operated only. She was imported into Cyprus in June 2014 with duties and VAT paid, and the Cyprus customs certificate is available. Viewings in Limassol are by appointment.
