The Le Mans 45 is Rio Yachts’ Italian-built coupé walkaround. It blends a sports cruiser’s sharp lines and performance with the comfort of a boat you can stay aboard for a few days. She has twin 550 hp Yanmar diesels on shaft drives, cruises at around 32 knots and has a top speed in the high 30s. That makes her quick and sure-footed for island hopping, and comfortable enough for longer coastal passages. The owners collected her from the yard in Italy and took her by sea all the way to Turkey.

On deck, the hardtop and accessories are finished in glossy black, with Flexiteek throughout. Carbon-poled sun canopies cover the bow and the aft extension, and transparent side covers make the cockpit usable in every season. Port and starboard hydraulic platforms fold out to make a large beach area at water level. A tenderlift rated to 1,100 lbs and a retractable hydraulic gangway complete the aft end. Docking is easy with the mooring joystick and proportional bow thruster.

Below deck there are two cabins with four berths and one head. Mediterranean-spec air conditioning runs throughout, powered by a 3.5 kW generator, so the boat is properly comfortable for overnights and short cruises.
