- [ ] The pistons, shaft, and propeller blades were maintained.

- [ ] One Ultra anchor was installed with 100m port chain and 140m starboard chain available.
- [ ] Complete maintenance was performed on the main propeller.
- [ ] The hull and superstructure were completely sanded, polished, and waxed.
- [ ] The teak decking on the bow and side walkways was renewed.
- [ ] The windlasses were disassembled and maintained.
- [ ] Outdoor cushions were redone.

- [ ] Three air conditioning compressors were replaced, hoses were changed, and the entire system was renewed.
- [ ] One hydrofoil was replaced with a 24V, and the other one was replaced with a 220V.
- [ ] Maintenance was performed on the blackwater and greywater pumps, and one was renewed.
- [ ] Stabilizer maintenance was done.
- [ ] Hydraulic pump maintenance was performed.
- [ ] The cooler covers of the machines were repaired on the starboard side, and the port side was renewed.
- [ ] Maintenance and renewal of machinery were completed.
- [ ] Some of the plumbing hoses were renewed.
- [ ] Eight 200 ampere service batteries were completely replaced with new ones.
- [ ] The fuel tank gauge was renewed.

- [ ] A console for the dinghy was made.
- [ ] The garage door piston was renewed.

- [ ] The parquet flooring was varnished.
- [ ] A movable and rail-mounted minibar was installed in the salon.
- [ ] The sound system was serviced.
- [ ] A new 65-inch Samsung TV was installed.
- [ ] New tables and chairs were purchased.
- [ ] Refrigerator, oven, stove, extractor fan, and dishwasher are operational.
- [ ] The captain's cabin table was rebuilt, the upholstery was renewed, and the captain's chair was maintained.
- [ ] Furuno screens were serviced and maps were updated.
- [ ] The boat automation system was serviced.
- [ ] New radar, GPS, autopilot, and 3 cameras were added to the captain’s chartplotter screen.
- [ ] All lights were converted to LED.
- [ ] Ceiling coverings were maintained.
- [ ] Carpets and mattresses in all cabins were renewed.
- [ ] Wood surfaces were varnished and polished.
- [ ] TVs are available in all rooms except the master cabin.
- [ ] A dimmable LED system was installed in the master cabin.
- [ ] The boiler and central vacuum cleaner are operational and maintained.

The Ferretti 731 is the new expression of the Ferretti style: a highly innovative project born from a revolutionary concept of both outside and inside spaces. Starting from the unusual symmetric perspective of the spaces which dominates both the interior and the flying-bridge layout. The ship owner?s cabin presents the most important innovations of Ferretti in terms of light and space exploitation: placed lengthwise, it has a large panoramic window on both sides allowing an open view of the sea from each view point inside the boat, and a spacious shower, separated from the bathroom by a sliding door. The huge and comfortable living room with the luxurious furnishings in opaque teak have been totally redesigned to make life onboard even better and to enhance the brightness of the interiors. The new layout also includes a little swim platform which represents a further outside area where enjoying the sea in the utmost tranquillity.
