During the refit, a platform was added to extend its length, and the yacht was repainted in an elegant grey. Built with a sturdy steel hull, CV70 is designed for long-range cruising, powered by twin Cummins CTA 8.3 M1 engines (255 hp each), reaching a cruising speed of 9.5 knots and a maximum of 11 knots.
