REHAB is a tri-deck motor yacht that delivers the volume, features, and amenities typically found in much larger yachts, all in a sleek and highly maneuverable package. Running Gear – Shafts removed, straightened, and sleeved where necessary; props inspected and reconditioned; all 6 cutlass bearings replaced and aligned; transmissions lifted, bushings replaced.
Stabilizers – Both fins removed for service, reseated, and tested; bearings, seals new on both sides. Encoder and brake wiring connectors replaced on port side motor.
Generators – Major top-end rebuild (Sept 2024); new exhaust hoses; both raw water pumps replaced; starter and ground loop solenoids replaced and relocated for easy access; fuel priming pumps installed.
Pumps & Valves – Sewage and scupper pumps overhauled; seven thru-hull valves replaced; crash pump exhaust replaced; sewage Vulkan gauge replaced.
Other Systems – Jets pumps stripped and fully serviced; numerous mechanical and electrical upgrades by specialist contractors.

Performance & Maintenance Status

Main engines at ~4,250 hrs with last major M1/M2/M3 service (Sept 2024) including 7 injectors replaced on starboard engine. Borescope inspection showing cylinders, valves, and seats in excellent condition. Heat exchangers cleaned.
Generators serviced every 250 hrs; last major rebuild Sept 2024; both running smoothly with planned injector pump testing due Sept 2025.
