2018, Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 62 named “Thora Helen” – New deck plan, new silhouette, new luxurious living spaces, new sensations at the helm ... She is simply art on water!
Manufacturer's Comments: This new world designed by BENETEAU OCEANIS YACHT 62 stems from a collaboration between Berret Racoupeau Yacht Design and the Italian stylist Pierrangelo Andreani. The first in the range, the Oceanis Yacht 62 presents a new art of extravagance at sea. The Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 62 has distinctive lines recognized by all. She is elegant on the water, with large beautiful windows which add to her striking appearance. Designed for impeccable balance and manoeuvrability, her chined hull, twin rudders, and perfectly centred sail plan surpass all expectations. The innovative layout of the Beneteau Oceanis Yacht 62 boasts a spacious salon and plenty of separate spaces for utmost privacy and comfort. Large hull portholes bathe the lavish interior with natural sunlight and show off the exclusive woodwork finishes.
Broker's Comments: Easily accessible by a few steps located on either side of the dinghy garage, the transom doubles as a spacious swim platform when hydraulically lowered. Designed with practicality in mind, the dinghy garage and platform make launching simpler. On deck the six sun beds are ideally distributed between the stern of the yacht, cockpit, coach-roof, and foredeck (double sun bed with lighting and speakers built in), offering endless opportunities for pleasure and relaxation. With an opening roof, the Bimini hard top is an innovative solution for protection from the sun and bad weather. This Bimini has built-in LED lights and can easily support solar panels. The outdoor galley located at the stern of the boat, comes with griddle and sink adjusts to the appropriate cooking height automatically. Through meticulous attention to detail, she comes equipped with cup holders, lights and cutting board.
Broker's Comments: With an expansive 4+1 cabin layout and 2+1 heads, "Thora Helen" offers superior comfort for owners, guests, and crew alike. The bright and contemporary interior is crafted with fine wood finishes, plush seating, and an open-plan design that seamlessly blends elegance with functionality. Large hull windows flood the interior with natural light, offering breathtaking sea views from every angle. On deck, the spacious cockpit with twin helms, a sunbathing area, and an electric swim platform creates an inviting space for relaxation and entertaining. The yacht’s powerful yet easily manageable sail plan ensures smooth and efficient sailing, while a well-maintained Yanmar engine provides reliable performance under power. Every detail of "Thora Helen" has been designed for seamless, luxurious cruising—whether you're exploring remote islands, crossing oceans, or enjoying a peaceful sunset at anchor.
