    Master Cabin

    The master cabin is located on the starboard side of the vessel. After descending two

    “household” stairs, the starboard hull is dedicated to the master, featuring a large

    stateroom, dressing area, and an oversized head. The same beautiful cherry

    Port Aft Guest Cabin

    On the port side, aft of the galley, is the 1st guest cabin. Laid out similarly to the

    master, it also features a queen-sized bed, a spacious hanging closet, and numerous

    storage cabinets. It also features a large storage area under the berth, two large

    portlights, and a hatch, all of which are equipped with Oceanair blinds and screens.

    Additionally, it includes dimmable LED room lights and LED reading lights. Lamps, fan,

    independent heating and AC control/thermostat, 2 x 120V AC outlets, and a 12V outlet.

    Port Forward Cabin

    The 3rd guest stateroom is forward of the galley on the port side. There are ample storage cabinets at

    the foot of the bed, as well as storage space beneath the mattress.

    Galley

    The galley is on the vessel's port side, easily accessed by household steps, and is open

    to the saloon. The craftsmanship of the cabinetry is phenomenal, and the cherry wood is

    throughout.

     A flush-mounted double stainless sink with fixtures and stainless backsplash

    Additional Information

    Construction

    The hull and deck are constructed of Isophthalic acid resin and tri-axial knitted

    fiberglass fabric. The skinning layer is 100% vinylester. Above the water line, the hulls

    and deck are cored with ¾” Corecell foam, except for hardware attachment points. All

    coring is vacuum bagged to ensure 100% adhesion. Below the waterline, hulls are

    made of solid fiberglass. There are two forward watertight compartments, one inside

    each bow locker, as well as four watertight bulkheads, two forward and two aft.

    Standard fin keels have a sacrificial section allowing for substantial damage to keels

    without affecting hull integrity. The hull is treated with Interprotect 2000 epoxy barrier

    coat and Self Polishing Copolymer Antifouling. Hull color is white.

    Saloon

    The saloon is beautifully laid out. The space is open and welcoming, with cherry wood

    throughout with vast 360-degree view windows. The settee is L-shaped and centered in the saloon. It is

    elevated on a platform for increased visibility and provides storage underneath. The

    table is designed to drop down to coffee table height or raise for dining. There are

    folding corners that allow the table to be adjusted to a larger or smaller size,

    depending on the number of guests. There is an entertainment/storage unit on the aft

    saloon wall is 19 "deep and features multiple drawers and cupboards. The washer is

    nicely tucked in the entertainment unit.

    tank for the starboard head, featuring a Saniguard vent filter. The locker is

    also equipped with a Bomar hatch, a ventilator, and an Intensity fluorescent

    lamp.

    o The center forward locker, equipped with a stainless steel ladder, contains

    ship service batteries in a fiberglass enclosure. This provides access to the

    windlass motor and mast wiring, as well as a tunnel under the bridge deck.

    The locker also features storage for fenders and lines. It is equipped with a

    Bomar hatch, ventilator, and an Intensity fluorescent lamp.

    o Anchor locker with separate compartments for primary and secondary

    anchors, chain, and rode, capstan for windlass, remote control for windlass,

    deck wash spray with both salt and fresh water supply, access to fillers for

    freshwater tanks.

    o The center cockpit lazaret features a double-door entry, providing access to

    refrigeration compressors, steering components, the autopilot drive unit,

    and an ample storage area, including extra lines.

    o Aft storage bench seats with Starboard dividers include rope compartments

    and propane tanks - 20lb bottles, with a primary and one spare.

    o Transom lockers provide access to the shaft steering system, water maker,

    SSB tuner, and storage.
