2012 TIMMERMANN is a superb example of craftsmanship, built in 2012 by the renowned Dutch -Russian shipyard Timmerman Yachts. Conceived by Ginton Naval Architects with exterior and interior design by the acclaimed Guido de Groot, She combines timeless elegance with proven engineering, making her an ideal choice for both private cruising and charter operations.
Exterior
Her graceful profile showcases Guido de Groot’s signature balance of sleek, modern lines and robust seagoing character. Her steel hull and aluminium superstructure ensure long-term strength and durability, while large hull windows and expansive deck areas provide a seamless connection between interior and exterior living. Guests can enjoy multiple outdoor spaces: a welcoming teak laid aft deck for al fresco dining, a generous flybridge with bar, sun loungers and seating, and a forward sunpad area for private relaxation. A spacious teak- laid fixed swim platform gives storage for the tender or jetski, thank to the long reach of the crane located on the upper deck aft . Aft cockpit also houses hydraulic captstans together with oversized cleats on both port and starboard aft.
There are two ultra wide walkways leading up to the bow area. Engine room entrance located on the port side of the main deck walkway, makin it easier to reach the engine room.
Walkways take you to Portuguese bridge that is required for ocean going vessels as they diminish the power of waves as they hit the glass of the wheelhouse. In the Portuguese , there are storage cabinets for emergency diesel fire and bilge pump and the compressor.
There are entrance to the wheelhouse from starboard and port walkway with using watertight hinged doors.
In front of the Portuguese bridge, a spacious mooring station housing 2 x Muir hydraulic winlass powered by the engine PTO, each connected to 14mm thickness 200m. of chain to 150kg anchors.
Stairs leading up to flybridge is located on the starboard side on the aft cockpit. Once you are on the flybridge, you are protected by the hardtop with an integrated fabric sunroof. Recently built bar with marble counter top houses refrigerator , icemaker and faucet with sink. There is loose table and chairs right across the bar.
U shaped seating area are positioned on the side of the flybridge captains console with chartplotter, throttles , autopilot , dept transdcures and so on. U shaped seating area with telescopic dining/coffee tables also provides storage for recently replaced emergency batteries.
Interior
Step inside and you are greeted with an interior that radiates warmth and understated luxury. Designed by Guido de Groot, the décor features rich woods, soft furnishings and large windows that flood the saloon with natural light. The main deck hosts an open-plan saloon and dining area, perfect for entertaining or unwinding in style.
She accommodates up to 8 guests in 4 well-appointed staterooms, including a full-beam master suite, a VIP double and two twin cabins, each with en-suite bathrooms. Thoughtful separation between guest and crew areas ensures complete privacy, while the dedicated crew quarters for 4 staff allow for impeccable service at all times.
There is a huge saloon compared to similar 27mt yachts. Big L shaped seating on the port side right across the lift up TV that is positioned in front of huge windows which makes th boat very bright.
Recently rebuilt from sauna into a twin cabin privately accessible from the salon in the starboard side . When you access the area, laundry area and the additional fridge and freezer greets you. Close to the centerline, 2 close to double bed positioned from starboard to prot side and one single bed is positioned forward. Plenty of storage area dedicated to the cabin, along with the separate shower unit and toilet.
Walking from starboard side in the saloon towards the wheel house, day head is located on the port side right behind the wheelhouse door.
Lower deck houses 3 big cabins. On the aft , full beam master cabin with king bed. On the port side there is double sink, shower and toilet. Entrane to bathroom via sliding door. On the stbd side, there is big sofa . Plenty of storage in the master cabin.
In the corridor of lower deck, plenty of storage for linens.
2 double mirro cabin is positioned in forward of the master cabin. All cabins are laid with new carpets, varnished applied in 2024. All has their own en-suite bathroons
Wheelhouse of the boat is accessible from both walkways outside and from the starboard salon through the saloon. Wheelhouse including upholstery layout has been fully renewed by Garmin Chart plotters, AMS sytems, Inmarsat, navtex, and the whole systems.
Crew cabins and galley,
On the port side of the wheelhouse, there is access to galley and crew areas. One is aft accessing the full galley all equipments renewed. Other in the forward,, leading you down to Crew mess, which has microwave, dishwasher, two bunk cabins forward accomating 4 crew member sharing a dry head.
Performance
Built to full classification standards, She is as capable as she is elegant. Powered by twin Caterpillar diesel engines, she cruises comfortably at 9 knots with a maximum speed of 11,5 knots, offering a serene and fuel-efficient ride. Her 15,300-litre fuel capacity and range of approximately 2,000 nautical miles make her perfectly suited for extended voyages. With advanced stabilization and a beam of 6.5m, she delivers excellent comfort underway and at anchor.
