Fountaine Pajot Helia 44 Evo Owners version has three full cabins, two full cabins with electric heads large bowl and separate showers and a large owners suite that occupies the full starboard hull.
The Saloon area and Galley provide a large open plan space for living and entertaining. There is a large sliding door and window that allows the Saloon to be opened and connected to the large cockpit area. The spacious cockpit offers seating all round with soft cushions and a teak dining table that seats 6 to 8 people.
The raised helm is raised off the cockpit on the starboard side that offers good all round visibility while being connected to the cockpit area. All lines are ran back to the helm area but in front of the helm binnicle offering easy manourvering and line trimming. The helm offers a secure and comfortable area with spacious feel and good seating with full soft weather enclosure and rear textaline sunscreen.
The cockpit also has a full soft weather enclosure along with all the outdoor cushions. There are two large lazert lockers with plenty of storage, shore power cables and adaptors (15A/30A/50A), lifejackets and cleaning/maintenance products.
In the Saloon there is an incorporated navigation chart table and desk with Raymarine VHF radio, tank and Xantrex Link Pro battery monitoring along with Fusion audio/DVD with bluetooth system and a Bose surround sound system.
Cushions and interior textiline screens to the saloon area. There is a low level cocktail table with integrated storage as there is under the cockpit cushion seating.

Owners Suite
The owners cabin is very spacious with access via a privicy sliding door from the main Saloon. There is a walk round queen bed, under bed storage and vanity dressing area with desk, storage with a full double wardrobe with full length mirror. There are also two sets of illuminated storage shelves with cupboards above and below.
The separate enclosed head has salt or fresh water electric fill and flush to the SPA head. This leads into a bathroom area with plenty of storage and a separate large sink, mirror and large enclosed shower.
Forward of the enclosed shower there is an enclosed space where a Splendide XC washer/Dryer is installed.
There are two full sized cabins located in the port hull. Each guest cabin has its own on suite head with electric SPA head with salt or fresh water electric flush and sink and mirror with a separate shower area. There are plenty of storage space in both guest cabins and under the bed units themselves.

There are six 12VDC fans fitted throughout the cabins and saloon area.
There is a spacious galley incorporated into the Saloon area. The galley has plenty of storage and is configured in an ergonomic and safe U shape arrangement.
The galley comprises of a ENO propane gas three burner stove. Adjacent is a housing stack that comprises of a low installed ENO propane oven/grill with an electric Daewoo Convection Microwave above.
The stove and oven propane supply have a gas solenoid safety shutoff valve that is controlled by a Trident control panel.
There is an inset sink and half with hot and cold fresh water swing faucet. There is a salt water faucet installed to the full sink.
There is a Isotherm 12VDC 90L freezer inset into the U shaped galley layout integrated to three soft close pull out drawers. There is a large two drawer Isotherm 190L refridgerator under a large storage pantry
The is plenty of storage throughout the kitchen and also an inset opening for kitchen waste.
The stove and oven propane supply have a gas solenoid safety shutoff valve that is controlled by a Trident control panel.
12VDC Vitrifrigo C75 LX OCX Cockpit frige and 110VAC Raritan Ice Machine 87B515-1 with wedge located in cockpit area.
Fore deck hatches to both peak lockers fitted out for storage. Bow Pulpit seats to port and starboard sides.
Five Lewmar self tailing winches, two with electric drives. One electric winch at the helm with one electric winch to the davit system. MP10 liferaft located under helm access steps.
Delta quick set anchor and 150' chain with rope whip.
Fortress secondary anchor and rope rode.

Raymarine AIS 650 with a Raymarine Quantum Q24C Radar, with the head unit mounted to main mast.
The starboard start battery and house battery bank comprise of Four house batteries at 150Amps and a start battery also at 150amp offering a total of 750Amps of AGM batteries. In addition there are four 100Amp Battle Born Lithium Iion Batteries located under the starboard master cabin bed. So the total battery capacity is 1150amps.
The starboard engine bay also has the battery isolation switches, windless relay and bypass switch. There are the 220VAC/110VAC power distribution panels, 110VAC, 60Hz main system and outlets, 110V Galvanic Isolator, shore power controller and a Victron 2000W invertor/charger. There are four Victron 100/30 Mppt Solar Controllers all with bluetooth communication that service the six solar panels mounted to the rear of the mainsail traveller above the hard top bimini offering 1605W of solar power collection. There are three 155W Activesol panels in series connection to a single Victron 100/30 MPPT. A further three LG380N1-C, 380W solar panels are connected individually to three Victron 100/30 MPPT controllers. All the MPPT controllers have bluetooth communication capability to the Victron Power Smart Phone App.
The port engine bay houses the port engine start battery and the two fresh water pressure pumps in a online and standby configuration. There is also a hot water tank that can be heated via the port engine heat exchanger or an electric 110VAC water heater via shore power or the onboard ONAN 11KW generator, Model 11.5MDKDM-8138 Spec A.
Fresh water is stored in two tanks in the anchor locker with a combined capacity of 750l/198 US Gal.
Seawater Pro Watermaker, 220VAC Highpressure pump with DC boost pump and a 21GPH typical capacity, Seawater Pro remote control panel for ease of operation.
There are six AC units locted on Otium. Two for the port hull, two for the owners suite and two for the saloon area. There are three AC seawater cooling pumps fitted in the bilge areas.
Auto switch for bilge pumps.
6 Bilge pumps fitted, two in each hull and one bilge pump in each engine compartment.
Emergency 12VDC electric bilge pump. Manual bilge pump with hose and deck discharge.

Access to the port and starboard Vovlo Penta D2-50 diesel powered engines are from rear deck mounted access hatches. The engines bays offer good access to the engines for maintenance. The engines benefit from upgreaded RACOR H900 full filter/separators. The port bay has the engine hot water heater exchanger and reservoir plus the two fresh water pressure pumps and bladder. The port engine has dedicated start battery.

Antifoul with primary apoxy barrier coat. Oct 2020 hauled with anitfoul sanded to gelcoat with four coats for barrier and three coats of Antifoul. Hauled 2022 with antifoul overall sanded with three and half coats of antifoul applied, Trilux 33. Saildrives sanded and coated with Mircron 66 and both Bruntons auto props being sanded to metal and coated with Prop speed application.
Samsung 32" Smart TV mounted to Saloon cabinet with integrated Fusion Audio/DVD system. Bose surround sound with six speakers including cockpit area.
