CORSAIR is the Ultimate Cruising Yacht. She is solid, sails extremely well, has all the equipment to make handling a yacht of this size manageable and has a spacious interior layout that is second to none. What is unique about CORSAIR, is her overall condition for a yacht of this age. Don’t let her age fool you! She spent the better part of her existence stored indoors and has just recently been sailed year-round since late 2015. Her beautiful teak interior is like new, her upholstery the same. She has benefited from numerous refits and shows like a boat one third her age. CORSAIR is a MUST SEE for serious buyers!
|

Santiza is a beautiful Sunreef 62, the most optimized 62 ever built. Her new teak decks were just installed two years ago. Her deck, cockpit and bridge are something to behold. This is an expansive yacht with room for everyone to enjoy a little corner of Heaven! Her sprawling cockpit provides plenty of lounging space, in the sun or under her massive hardtop. The dual sugar scoops provide easy access for swimming, diving or accessing the dinghy. The forward deck and trampoline provide another expansive area to sunbath or relax with a cool drink. From her bridge the Captain has complete control of the vessel. Electric winches, electronics and plenty of seating make handling SANTIZA a pleasure. What a view from the bridge!

As you enter Santiza the spacious main salon with galley, bar counter, nav station and large dining table offer a complete sanctuary surrounded by light from large salon windows and cool air conditioning. The dining table will handle a crowd 8-10 seated along with additional seating at the bar. To starboard is the owners cabin with a back lit beautiful mural of seascapes illuminating the entire passageway. The high gloss finish of the interior adds to the stunning look and feel of these two cabins, each with their own head and separate showers. Beautiful art work adorn the walls and plenty of light provided by the large fixed port lights in the hull. The fit and finish are second to none.

The Port hull includes two more spacious cabins with ensuite heads and separate showers along with a fifth cabin with over and under berths. There are two crew cabins forward with deck access.

SANTIZA is a magnificent yacht. She’s very well equipped with all the options and has been captain maintained. She’s lying Miami available for viewing anytime with appointment. If you are looking for a high quality catamaran in very good condition SANTIZA is a must see!

Current owner has new 80 Sunreef and Santiza needs to go!

David Walters Yachts had the privilege of selling OVERSTREET 6 years ago. It’s not often we sell yachts that come back so well improved. The current owners literally provided me a log starting with their purchase up through today. So often you see a log with great enthusiasm starting at purchase but by month 6 or 7 the owner loses interest and years later just a blank log exists. How often do you come across a yachts like that? “All you Cruisers asking for a service log… here she is.” Don’t postpone seeing her because she won’t be available long. A little bit about the Hallberg Rassy 53. It just may be the best Cruising Yacht ever built in this size range. Consider their signature engine room, with enough space to get inside and do routine maintenance. The floor of the HR53 is completely flat… no steps up or down. Consider this when offshore in 8-10 foot seas making your way through the salon into the forward or aft cabin. Plenty of hand holds to keep you safe while moving throughout the interior. The HR 53 is a functional, well-built, safe Blue Water Cruiser. The beautiful interior includes comfortable chairs with arm supports adjacent to the salon table providing real comfort and support for reading or just relaxing. A well laid out galley and salon for entertaining. Currently the third cabin is being utilized as a work room. The berth and wood frame are available to reinstall returning it to a three cabins layout. The aft owners cabins is large with incredible storage and the VIP cabin forward is second to none.

OVERSTREET is lying Granada, held in a single asset corporation with a BVI Flag. Start your cruising in the beautiful Caribbean well below the Hurricane routes. Don’t miss this opportunity to purchase an incredibly well kept yacht. She is truly ready for her next adventure. Call me for details and scheduling a showing.
|

FLYING DOLPHIN is true Blue Water cruiser. The current owner recently completed the ARC from Europe. All the necessary gear was added to allow her to enter the ARC. She has benefitted from a lot of recent upgrades. The sole is being refinished, new electronics are being added and other upgrades are being made. The owner is making her an easy choice for Blue Water buyers.

The Mason was built in the Tashing Yard, acknowledged by many as the finest yard in Taiwan. She has a solid hull construction with robust quality throughout. She is a safe comfortable offshore vessel. Hand holds abound making her safe and comfortable in a seaway. Ketch rigged, for unlimited options of sail configuration. A ketch rig by nature has smaller sails making it easier for a couple to handle offshore. FLYING DOLPHIN has an extensive sail inventory. If you are looking for a true Blue Water cruising machine with extensive inventory

CARINA is a beautiful, professional cared for Taswell 50 with many custom features. She is one of the most customized Taswell 50’s ever built. Her original owner was very involved during the build process making several trips to the Ta Shing Shipyard, one of the world’s finest yacht builders. CARINA’s interior arrangement offers many improvements including a larger navigation center, expanded galley, custom salon with lounge seats and coffee table to starboard and custom facing settees and dining table to port.

The talent and experience of CARINA's designer, Bill Dixon are evident everywhere. Her deck layout and styling, exquisite interior joinery and fast sea kindly hull design. One of my favorite designers Bill Dixon seems to find usable space other designers ignore or overlook. CARINA is no exception! There is extra storage in every cabin, especially the galley, all berths are longer, wider, beautiful matched grain varnished teak woodwork throughout and a teak cabin sole with contrasting inlay. The interior offers living space comparable to much larger yachts. The interior is filled with good light and ventilation throughout. The patented Scheel Keel allows access to many additional harbors and anchorages not usually accessible to 50’ yachts. A Stoway mainmast, electric winches, manual jib and staysail furlers and bow thruster make shorthanded sailing a breeze. Fuel and water capacity have been increased with the addition of custom tanks in the salon and second guest cabin. CARINA is the ultimate cruising yacht for a couple or a crowd, making coastal passages or world-wide passage making.

SHE IS A MUST SEE FOR THE SERIOUS BLUE WATER CRUISER!
|

DRUNKEN PARROT is a special boat with lots of recent upgrades. I sold the boat to the current owners in early 2019. After three months in the yard, new paint, new bottom and many other upgrades she was sailed to St Croix, USVI. The owner’s plans have been interrupted and she is back on the market in a much-improved state. The Transpac 49 is a big solid, powerful distance cruiser. She has an abundant amount of storage and living space below. As a ketch she has numerous options regarding sail plan and very manageable for a couple to sail anywhere their imagination takes them.

Features include:

Full electronics package: Radar, GPS,Autopilot, Chart plotter, AIS

Spacious 3 stateroom layout

3 Reverse cycle air conditioning units

Engine room with standing headroom and work bench area.

8 - 100 watt Solar Panels

Bottom sand blasted and faired, 4 coats of barrier and 2 coats of hard

Dot Calm is a 45’ Symbol Pilot House built in 2003. I had the honor of selling her to the current owner. The previous boat I sold for this owner was the only Survey I have been involved with that there were actually no issues of any kind for the new owner to deal with. The surveyor indicated he had never been on a boat in better condition. I relay this story as an indication of the condition of Dot Calm. She has been continually improved since he bought her to her current state “Ready to Go”. Right down to the snaps on the dinghy cover, they work like brand new. I was amazed when I got aboard her for the first time in several years. She is a beautiful two cabin two head Symbol designed by Jack Sarin to carry you in comfort with great performance characteristics. If you are looking for a very well cared for Trawler “Ready to Go” you must see Dot Calm.

|

TRINITY is a 1991 beautiful Morris Linda, immaculately kept by her current owner in “Ready to Go Condition”. I was recently aboard her and her topsides and deck are in excellent condition making her a stand out in any marina. The dark blue dodger and complete set of matching covers for dorade boxes, tiller, mast boot and hand rails complete her “Yachtie Look”. TRINITY has a recently installed Beta engine, 10,000 BTU AC, new B&G Zeus, 9” chart plotter, 3 blade max-prop, furling genoa and manual mainsail with lazy jacks and a Gennaker. She’s the perfect “Small Yacht” for cruising and day sailing. Professional maintained she should be your next boat. TRINITY is a must see if interested in a high quality “SAIL AWAY” boat with no excuses!
|
