Oyster Marine is a British manufacturer of fiberglass sailboats.
Founded by Richard Matthews in Ipswich, Suffolk.
In 1978, Oyster Marine introduced a 46’ cruiser-racer designed by Kim Holman & Donald Pye which pioneered the "deck saloon" feature that has since become the company's trademark.
In 1997, Oyster Marine launched a 53’ design by Rob Humphreys and in 2002 a 62’ Robert Humphreys' design.
In 2008 Dubois Naval Architects designed the company's largest yachts to date, including the Oyster 100’ and the Oyster 125’ flybridge.
Oyster Marine currently builds 47’5”, 54’5”, 57’5”, 62’5”, 66’5”, 72’5”, 74’5”, 82’5” and 88’5” sailboat.
