A hands-on yacht owner and active cruiser, Joseph currently sails a custom-built 2023 Bluewater 56, cruising between New England and South Carolina each year. His ownership experience also includes a Hinckley Sou'West 50, Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 42, and O'Day 34, giving him firsthand insight into every stage of yacht ownership.

Prior to joining the brokerage industry, Joseph served for 20 years as a police officer with the City of Danbury, Connecticut, earning multiple commendations for meritorious service and life-saving efforts. He later founded Route 63 Automotive, where he has spent more than a decade building lasting customer relationships and developing a reputation for professionalism, trust, and outstanding service.
