Who We're Looking For

Our current openings are best suited for experienced yacht brokers with a track record of successful sales, or for seasoned marine industry professionals — captains, boatyard managers, marine sales specialists — who are ready to transition into brokerage and build a client base.

Ideal candidates will bring:

  • Experience – At least three years of brokerage or marine industry experience
  • Knowledge –Strong knowledge of yachts based on your specialization, and a keen understanding of the yacht market
  • Network – An established or growing client and industry network
  • Motivation – Entrepreneurial drive to develop new opportunities
  • Business Skills – Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Marketing Know-How – Savvy marketing skills to build their own brand and presence with the support of David Walters Yachts
