Eliot Caple
Eliot is a passionate sailor who has competed professionally all her life. As a former member of the US Sailing Team, she has extensive experience with performance yachts. Eliot will also focus on luxury sailing yachts and high-end center consoles. She splits her time between Coral Gables, Florida, and Annapolis, Maryland.
Eliot joins the DWY Team with several years of experience with another national yacht brokerage firm but chose to come on board with DWY as an opportunity to expand her career and better serve her clients. She has earned a reputation for building lasting relationships with her clients and applies a no-pressure approach, focusing instead on the consultative side of the yacht purchase process.

Ted Lockwood
Ted has been a longtime friend of the David Walters Yachts crew. Josh met Ted and his wife, Debbie, at the Newport Brokerage Boat Show years back while searching for their next boat. Josh helped guide them through the purchase process of their Hylas 49, Special Lady, which they now enjoy sailing in Northern Michigan. Since then, Ted has sailed with the DWY Team in numerous races, including the 2019 and 2021 Chicago to Mackinac Race. He has first-hand knowledge and extensive experience with our Hylas and Italia Yacht brands.
Ted joins the DWY Team with a lifetime of boating experience. He also comes from a decades-long career in real estate and has been recognized as one of the top 20 realtors in Michigan for five years, and he ranks in the top 1% of all Realtors in the United States. He is a former member of the 1979-1981 US Ski Team and competed in the Alpine World Cup Downhill 1978-1981, and he remains active in the world of competitive skiing. With his extensive knowledge and relationship-based approach, Ted is excited to be leading our expansion into the Great Lakes region!
